Benefits:

• Professional golfer will receive free treatments at the RENUE Medical Centre not to exceed $50,000 USD in retail cost in a 1-year period.

• Spouse/significant other of the professional will receive all treatments at actual cost not to exceed $50,000 USD in retail cost in a 1-year period.

• Either party will receive airport transfers complementary to the Medical Centre and the hotel during visits for treatments or the Pro-Am.

• Professional receives 15% of referred paid revenue to RENUE from patients that use the professional’s code or identifies as the professional’s referral.

• Professional receives paid appearance fees for golf outings and the annual RENUE Pro-Am.

RENUE’s asks:

• Professional will allow us to use their image on the RENUE website and promotional materials as an Ambassador.

• Professional will participate in an interview to be posted on the RENUE website and used in promotional materials.

• Professional participates in the RENUE annual Pro-Am two out of three years for which they will receive appearance money.

• Professional allows RENUE to produce a staff bag to be placed on display in the medical facility with the professional’s name and country of origin on it, only to leave the Medical Centre with the express approval of the professional.
