Steve is a seasoned Private Equity Executive, a partner at MHC Capital, and sits on several public and private company boards, bringing a wealth of business and finance experience. He is currently the co-founder of RENUE, a private clinic that helps patients enhance their health through Stem Cell Therapy treatments. Over the past few years, Steve has established himself as a thought leader and an active speaker at industry conferences helping companies maximize their growth.

Partner
James is an esteemed hospitality thought leader with more than 35 years of experience in the field and holds a proven track of success building a lucrative business with his DMC company headquartered in Paris and with 500 offices worldwide. His passion for Medical Tourism and his experience with alternative treatments led him to become an advocate of Stem Cell Therapy and a co-founder of RENUE Medical Center, building its purpose to provide a better quality of life for everyone.

Staff Chief
Mercedes is a highly experienced marketing and communications professional specializing in content creation, copywriting, and photography. From the conceptualization stage, Mercedes contributed her experience and skills to the consolidation of the country's most ambitious and pioneering regenerative medical centre, blending highly competitive medical services with the warmth and attention that medical tourism offers as an exceptional experience. At RENUE Medical Centre, her mission is to communicate The Renue Difference through efficient coordination of medical and administrative staff, to ensure an optimal experience for patients and contribute to the comprehensive well-being that stem cell therapy offers to all patients.
Dr. Jorge Chávez
INTMED, Medical Director
Dr Jorge Chávez is an experienced medical doctor graduated from the faculty of Medicine, of the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara. Responsible physician with over 10 years of experience in different settings of the medical field, as well as working with pharmaceutical companies in the recruitment, retention, and follow-up of patients in multiple simultaneous clinical trials. He has spent several years in the field of clinical research, participating in multiple international clinical studies in the field of heart failure, before specializing in Internal Medicine. Dr Chavez has as a main goal to provide high quality service for our RENUE Patients, backed up by over a decade of experience having his safety as his first priority.
Dr. Diana Arias

Diana Arias is a medical doctor with a degree in Medicine from the University of Guadalajara and with more than seven years of experience in clinical practice, is committed to deliver patient care with exceptional dedication, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to well-being. Diana brings to RENUE a compassionate approach to regenerative therapies such as stem cell treatment, aiming to provide all patients with safe, effective, and high-quality care. Emphasizing comfort, trust, and clear communication, Dr. Diana strives to make every patient's experience reassuring and smooth from consultation to follow-up.
Dr. David Rosas
Orthopedic Surgeon and Traumatologist
Doctor David Rosas graduated from Westhill University (UW) and the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) as a Medical Surgeon. Subsequently, he pursued a specialization in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology at the Hospital Español de México, continuing his training at the Boston Children's Hospital with a Fellowship in Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine, accredited by Harvard University. He completed a subspecialty in Arthroscopy and Joint Surgery of Knee and Shoulder, at the Hospital Ángeles. As a physician, Dr. Rosas stands out among the orthopedic specialists in the country thanks to his constant preparation, collaboration in the training of new healthcare professionals, and the great empathy that characterizes him.
Natali Pérez
Director of Operations & Patient Experience
Natali Perez specializes in operation and patient experience coordination at RENUE Medical Centre. She focuses on designing and implementing systems that promote high standards of patient-centered care across the organization. Natali works closely with medical and operational teams to ensure that every stage of the patient journey is organized, compassionate, and aligned with RENUE's commitment to excellence in regenerative medicine and wellness. Her leadership style is grounded in collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement, helping create an environment where both patients and teams feel supported, respected, and empowered.
Alejandra Campos
Nurse Chief
Alejandra is a young nurse graduated from the University of Guadalajara with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. She is currently pursuing a specialization in Intensive Care at tertiary-level hospitals in Guadalajara. She has notable experience in phlebotomy and comprehensive patient management. Her warmth toward patients and the quality of her procedures are distinguishing features of her work, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional development. She is certified in Basic Life Support, Regenerative Medicine, Aesthetics, and Advanced Cellular Therapies, as well as in Orthomolecular Medicine with a focus on Serum Therapy and Nutraceuticals. Her goal is to provide each patient with an exceptional experience at Renue Medical Centre.
Esmeralda Escobedo
Nurse
Licensed Nurse, Graduate of the University of Guadalajara. Esmeralda has six years of experience in various areas of healthcare, including hospital care, primary care, adult home care, and emergency services. She is distinguished by her commitment and professionalism, providing individualized patient care tailored to specific needs. She is trained in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and holds certifications in Orthomolecular Medicine with IV Therapy and Nutraceuticals, as well as in Regenerative Medicine, Aesthetic Medicine, and Advanced Cellular Therapies. Her professionalism and attention to detail enhance our patients' experience, fostering confidence and trust.
César Segoviano
Director of Transportation
César was born in Puerto Vallarta. He has over 23 years of experience in the hotel industry, primarily focused on customer service. He has completed several courses (first aid, water rescue, and firefighting). What distinguishes him most is his complete dedication to each of our patients, treating them with respect and compassion; that's why he has his famous phrase: EVERYBODY LOVES CESAR'S. He is our first point of contact upon arrival at the PVR airport and always greets them with a big smile. His mission is to provide timely, safe, and pleasant transportation to RENUE, which is the key reason why our patients love his charismatic, honest, and informative style regarding the places around RENUE.
Adam May, MS, LPC
Director of Patient Services
Adam is someone who prides himself on the ability to explain his understanding by saying, "because I've experienced that" when working with clients. Age 17, Adam was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma leading to a loss of his lower left leg, the need for a hip replacement, nerve damage, bone damage, and persistent pain not manageable by medication for the next 17 years. Instead of being defeated by that, Adam has spent the last 13 years educating to a Master's level clinician learning ways to provide relief from trauma and pain to those in need. As a part of Renue Medical Centre, Adam now feels the most confident he has ever felt in the services he is connecting patients to. Not only as a Patient Advisor, but as a Stem Cell Recipient himself.

With over 20 years of experience in marketing and community relations for a Fortune 500 company, Cathleen brings a wealth of expertise to our practice. Lynda Sloan
Patient Advisor
Lynda Sloan brings a diverse background and a wealth of experience to her role as a Patient Advisor at Renue. With a BFA from Arizona State University and a successful career as an Interior Designer in Denver, CO, Lynda had a dual career in psychology and counseling, earning her master's degree and opening her therapy practice in 1990. Additionally, she is an intuitive reader and licensed minister, offering holistic support to her clients. Having personally experienced the challenges of spinal disorders, Lynda is deeply empathetic to the struggles of others. Her journey towards holistic healing began in her early twenties when traditional medicine fell short in addressing her needs. This experience ignited her passion for advocating for individualized and comprehensive healthcare solutions.
