Program Description

RENUEPV LLC, operating as Renue, provides text messaging for people who request communication from Renue. Messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment coordination, appointment-related information, and direct patient-care communication.

Consent

You may enroll by entering your mobile phone number on a Renue web form, checking the SMS consent box, and submitting the form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, appointments, and communication with Renue. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from Renue. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive messages from this program unless you enroll again.
